I reserved a 20' truck to ensure my move was doable on 1 trip because I flew down to North Carolina from Michigan to move my son. I got to the location and there was no truck? The 20' truck was rented and extended as I was told. I was standing at the counter with not many options. I took a smaller truck and had to pay the storage to throw out a bed and a few dressers that did not fit in the smaller truck. I will have to repurchase furniture to ensure my son is set up. I had a reservation for a reason, I would expect the equipment be moved around the region to ensure success? Very disappointed! I also reserved 12 pads, the location has 3. I would like to talk to a representative live if possible.

INELL SThe place was easy to find, easy to work with. The staff was top notch. They were helpful in setting up the reservation, showing proper hitching, and overall transaction experience. We used a different U-haul location a few years ago. Discovered this place was closer and tried them out. This will always be the location we use.

The U-Haul website had changed my pickup location without notifying me, but the owner at Spence Automotive was able to provide the truck I needed at the time I needed it. I will be working with Spence for my U-Haul needs directly from now on!
Parrott AYes the logistics are perfect except for the circle k gas station right there on the corner it's just not big enough to get in there, get gas and release your truck back to U-Haul.
