Make sure the trucks are fixed when needed, make sure the gas gauge matches paperwork for each renter and the person renting the equipment knows what they are doing!! It took us almost an hour to get the truck after we had to another 45 minutes out of our way from where I originally scheduled the pick up. Needless to say I was not happy!!!!

Clean trailer. Dirty billing. I booked in the app and explicitly declined SafeMove, and it still showed up on my final invoice after return (about $8). Whether this is a “partner location” checkout issue or just careless processing, it’s unacceptable and optional add-ons should never be charged unless the customer clearly agrees. Customers shouldn’t have to audit receipts to make sure they weren’t charged for something they refused. Fix the checkout process and require a final charge confirmation before closing out rentals.
