My drop-off was after the closing time of the business. The mobile check in process kept timing out on me and I ended up having to call the location the next day and talk to someone on the phone who was very difficult to understand to get the truck checked in. I ended up paying an extra $20 fee because your mobile check in process was not working correctly.
STEVEN KReturned the truck on a Sunday. Posted hours said it would be open at 10am. Showed up around 10:20am, location was closed. Waited a bit, the just did the afterhours return, which was easy enough, and the key box was well located. A few local folks showed up at the shop and were surprised it was closed, so I assume the posted hours are correct and this was just a one time issue. Literally next to a gas station, so if you need to top up a tank, no need to go looking for a place.
