Convenient. The truck was ready to go at arrival and the phone-check (after hours) was easy. Gas station at pick-up and drop-off is a big win.
Stephen HI never used the tow dolly, bad tail light, prevented me from being able to use it
Donald MWe were charged extra mileage of $20 but it was not our fault we had to drive out of the way to get the truck. The one we reserved had a flat tire. So I feel it was unfair to charge us the extra mileage fee when we didn’t go the extra mileage ourselves but because the truck was no longer available.
Kevin LThey didn't really know how to hook the trailer up. And the trailer itself was starting to really show its age.
