The customer service at this location was very refreshing appreciated. As someone who rents a Uhaul frequently I would definitely return to this location based on service. Unfortunately the Uhaul was extremely dirty (as they sadly usually are) and I spent 30 minutes making the inside cab "sit-able" for my family. UHAUL, PLEASE CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES! Kindly, Someone who prefers to drink coffee and not sit in it.

Although I reserved to rent a specific truck from a specific location at a specific time, every part of my reservation was changed without my consent. Bad customer experience that relies too much on technology

Kevin HMy drop-off was after the closing time of the business. The mobile check in process kept timing out on me and I ended up having to call the location the next day and talk to someone on the phone who was very difficult to understand to get the truck checked in. I ended up paying an extra $20 fee because your mobile check in process was not working correctly.
