Empty gas tank, the management was not available. I was told to go to a different location for any issues which incurred over mileage fees, I rented a dolly for my one way rental and was charged however there was no one way dolly rental. I would have had to go back to the location to return the dolly. My gas credit was not given because I would have to go to the location where I picked up the truck to get my credit. This location should not be a U-Haul pick up. No one spoke English and thankfully I spoke Spanish but I had to deal with someone who was drying the cars to get the site manager in the phone and everything was done over the phone and the employee was rushing me off the phone because she wanted her phone back. I was charged before I was given the keys to the truck. I found a dry shammy Iin the wheel well of the truck. I have never had such a horrible experience and I’ve rented uhauls in the past. I now have to call corporate to get my dolly rental fee returned and get my gas credit because I moved out of state. What I thought was going to be a smooth and seamless process WAS NOT!

ODALIS FI was charge for item they dont gave to me, I was charge with 10 dolars for blanked I did not ask for Android was not in the truck, they charge me with 7 dollars for a regular dollies in the truck was not dollies at all I ask for a appliance dollies and I pick up in another store. They charge me for 2 dollies recieve 1 and charge for blankets I did not ask and was not in the truck. Honesty is part of the bussines to and false charges is not a good point.

NATHANIEL EAs renting vehicles is not the primary business of this location, it took a moment to find the manager who did get me checked in. The instructions from Uhaul indicated I would need to provide multiple forms of ID (passport, reference person etc); however those weren't needed.
Robin RNo customer service, the employees were more concerned with their car wash business than anything waited 40 mins for someone to assist me. The location had no moving equipment available and yet charged me for it and forged my signature on the receipt. The truck that was given smelled terrible and had alignment and acceleration issues. This location needs to be audited and/or changed they do not represent UHaul in a good light.

Tires were low, the gas tank was not full, moving materials were not in the truck, I had to go to another location to get supplies. As a result I had to pay my movers for extra 1.5hrs and was charged excessively for gas upon return. Thank goodness I didn’t get a ticket for driving without a License!

Jay SUhaul app crashed while I was checking out. I was in the middle of uploading the pictures of the vehicle when it crashed.
Monica OUlysses was wonderful! When I initially came to the location. I was irrated and my tone wasn't the best. He handled the situation calmly and professionally. Not allowing my state to affect his nor business. His response called attention to my tone, in turn I acknowledged and changed my behavior. Ulysses was AWESOME!
