Bella L.Nobody likes dealing with a bear. Grumpy manager. I took back my truck a day early doesn't make a difference. No refund was given. Poor communication when I knew I went over on mileage. I want to pay then. The manager disappeared. 35 minutes later I ask cashier if the Uhaul person was coming back for me to pay the amount due? I was told then I would get an email. Poor communication. Very disappointing.

EARL B.No signage or any indication as to where to drop off the equipment, gas station attendant told me to move it because it wasn't in a good spot. It was a 26' truck and car trailer, so there really wasn't a good spot to put it. Ended up moving it where I was instructed- very poor layout and no signage anywhere

Frank S.Dropped off trailer and notified attendant. He indicated manager was not in but would let him know we gripped trailer off. He did not. Tried unsuccessfully to do self check-in, and UHaul website would not work and still doesn't. Consequently had to call and wait to ensure trailer was returned and ticket closed. Again, it wasn't.

SIMON G.I have rented from UHaul twice over the last 1.2 years. Both times, the equipment I had reserved well in advance was not on site. Both times I was required to drive at least one hour extra to get the equipment. I asked if I could drop off the uhaul where I was supposed to pick it up, but I was denied this request as well. I have always been happy with the actual equipment, but Uhaul's complete lack of customer service will prevent me from EVER using them in the future. The CEO and managers should be required to read, “QBQ: The Question Behind the Question.†It is a quick read and available at any library. The company needs some serious training.
Sean J.Be WARNED!!!! We didn't even use the U-haul to the location because of a family emergency and they still charged us for the total amount. I would of thought that by seeing the miles we used was far less than the location I would receive money back, and they charged $20 for gas in which we only went 10 miles with the full gas that they put in there. So they made a huge profit out of this rental that wasn't even used. Never will I use this company again and I will report this company to the BBC.
Ann O.Asked his coworker where the U-Haul was located. Coworker indicated the U-Haul retailer. Retailer was rude because I was wearing a mask. Retailer was snide and condescending pointing to the U-Haul swipe payment cash machine and ‘said ‘that's what the sign says' . Retailer Said he didn't believe in Covid and kept opining his opinion how people die and Covid is just a government fraud even though I told him had family in hospital now and have had family pass's from it. Slowed process of checking out just to opine more how Covid is not real etc. whole attitude from U-Haul retailer was one of condescending and arrogant behavior. And no wouldn't send my worst enemy with that trash of a retailer.

Michael M.Uhaul charged me 3 times- $350 on Feb 5, $324 on Feb 6 and $324 on Feb 7. The uhaul was picked up on Feb 5 and returned on Feb 5. Why would I be charged several times over the following 3 days? Not happy at all. Called uhaul and they were no help and said they can only see one charge. I'm now $-74.00 in my bank account. I will never ever rent from uhaul ever again.

Robert H.More prompt service. Had to wait a few minutes for Mike to finish on the computer. Perhaps he was pulling up my contract? My appliance dolly was not in the u-haul. Had to ask for it. Glad I caught that since this was a one way rental truck. Ask for a receipt for anything you put on your payment card!!!! Otherwise, an ok experience.

Tom G.I recommend you put a uhaul sign on the building or on the street. You can't tell there is a uhaul location except there is a small trailer parked on the corner. Vehicles are parked behind the building and visible from the street.
