Male at convient store was very rude and unfriendly. We had to ask to get help unhooking the trail from the truck. I would not recommend this location at all.

Employee was rude and short with us. Overall sketchy location and not easily located beyond a small sign in the convenience store window. For an overall standpoint, just too many emails. For renting the trailer and hired labor there was 7 emails throughout this process, creating frustration and confusion trying to find specific information.
Grant SOriginal dropoff location was 15 minutes away, but was told I had to return here which was 41 minutes away. Not happy about the extra time I had to drive.
Ben HCustomer Service at counter was rude, truck was filled with boxes, and I was charged for insurance when I had denied it online.
