The only reason why I'm providing a lower rating for this location is because it was an hour drive away from our home. We spent a couple hours having to drive there and back. We did appreciate Dave giving us an extra 100 miles for the truck, to ensure that we wouldn't exceed the mileage limitation.Samantha T.

I reached this location at 2 pm and started Mobile checkin and finished checkin in 10 minutes. As per the instruction I went to counter to get the key and I was told by gas station employee has gone on lunch and will be back at 3 pm. Then I chatted with u haul employee Samantha . She was very rude and told me that she can't do anything about that and told me to go to another u haul center to get different truck or call the scheduling manager . I was really disappointed and still waiting for the employee to come. The employee came at 2.45 and he asked for my credit card and I'd again even though I told him I finished mobile checkin. He said still I need bcos computer says not paid. Any way gave him the credit card again then he said ok it's paid and gave me the key. The employee was not wearing the mask also. Vehicle was clean but ac was not working. I feel my experience with u haul was very unpleasant .Laxman N.

The truck smelled of smoke and clearly hadn't been cleaned before I got it. There's was empty bottles, chips, and debris. The truck worked well though. The counter help was inviting and helpfulerich R.
All the Trouble I went through just to get me a trailer to move for my family I will not rent from U-Haul again this Has been one of the worst experiences I can have and I will not go through it again U-Haul please get it togethercalvin D.

This location is a fuel station and was only staffed with 1 employee. The employee could not leave the register unattended to assist me with unhooking my 6'x12' trailer or carrying the packing blankets from the trailer into his location. For this reason, the location should not be allowed to send/receive uhaul equipment unless staffed by a minimum of 2 people. And I did call before bringing the trailer, as is requested in the co tract, and I was told to bring the trailer.CAMERON M.

I had a reservation for Friday at 3:00 and I was running late, they called and said they closed at 4:00 and wouldn't wait so I had to change reservation to Sat morning. When I picked the trailer up they were actually open till 5:30 and the guy said they haven't changed the time on the website for years..(update your website)Jerry S.
"Dave" was the only person authorized to sign out the truck, but took a 60 minute lunch break after we got there. He was standing there when we were approached the counter but quickly ducked out, forcing us to wait. Also, this wasn't the facility we reserved from. This was in is a completely different town from where we reserved. Between this and Dave's lunch break, we spent 4 hours to pick up a van. Not acceptable.CODY L.

There was trash in the back of the truck which I had to take care of. They did not have a dolly or furniture pads which I had requested wiwitwiwith my original reservation. I had to go to my original location to rent a dolly and furniture pads after I went to this one to pick up the truck. I understand that logistics can cause changes in the reservation location but it's frustrating when you have to go to two different locations to fulfill your original reservation.Michael S.

This gas station is not a UHaul store it's an authorized dealer. So the people are not much help. I prefer to rent directly with UHaul so I get the service that I need. When we returned the trailer we had to unhook the trailer ourselves and make the trailer was put back. That's should be UHaul doing this.christina J.
I waited for 40 minutes for the man to acknowledge me, he told me to wait while he sprayed down the fuel pumps. After paperwork was settled, he told me to wait by the Trailer then he started to help the next customer. I explained to him I was on my lunch break and I needed to go! I got 2 different pick-up locations, one after I booked and paid for my preferred location...then the one I get in the email later on...which it doesn't bother to notify you that it's different! Also the trailer that I booked is not even possible! Therefore, that my reservation and or booking may have been not even possible, and to find this out on the morning of my move! Seems to have part time staff for UHaul. Did not complete the checklist to check existing damage, did not even walk to the vehicle and no one was available to properly process the return of the vehicle while returning the vehicle. I was asked to leave the car keys, write down phone number and email on a sticky note and someone would come next day and process the return. This caused significant anxiety.Vishal R.

The computers weren't working when I got there and the the system was declining both my card and cash payment. Also the truck had a pair of socks and underware in the back. Then when returning the truck I had issues with the odometer not showing the correct miles. Overall wasn't a good experience.Anjelica A.
I reserved my equipment well in advance of my move and was guaranteed my equipment at 7 a.m. but the equipment wasn't ready. I had to travel 37 miles to get the next available truck which was guaranteed for 8 am. I drove there but the u haul clerk was not there. I had to make some phone calls to get someone there. Someone finally came around 9am but not all the equipment was available. I had to drive to yet another location to get the last of the equipment. This kind of service is uncalled for and very stressful as I had movers lined up to load and unload and I needed to be out of my apartment on that day.Steve M.

The windows were filthy full of dust and bird droppings. No fluid in the reservoir to clean them either. Truck was infested with ants and had a stinky odor inside the cab. The truck shook terribly on the freeway. I had to empty the debris out of the back before leaving the location. Definitely not to the U-Haul standards that I have experienced in the past. The experience wasn't worth the price I paid.Judy R.

I have rented trailers from u-haul numerous times and the place I picked the trailer up was 100% good! But the one I dropped it off at was by far the worst experience I've ever had. It was at a gas station which is not a bad thing but I'm used to dropping it off at an actual u-haul location. The guy there was not friendly at all when I first walked in he told me to park around back then come back inside . I asked where to park a few times and I was told in the "back" I said I understand that but where exactly , he was very angry and not a pleasant person to deal with. We pulled around and told him we where waiting and he did not come back to help even after going back to the front a 3rd time so my boy friend had to in hook the trailer him self and it was very heavy and he hurt his back because after lifting it up he had to set it on the ground and that was the worst part having to bend down with all that weight. After going back inside after unhooking the trailer he asked if we had any other things that we had rented we told him just the moving blankets and we explained that we folded them and left them in the trailer . He said "I need them" to count so we walked back around the store which isn't a big deal but this all together was just by far the worst experience after driving all day and unpacking not something we wanted to deal with. At drop off the employee said I don't work for Uhaul. Just write your name down and someone will call you. Of course because not able check in with someone, I got charged for the gas being low. Which it was not low. I only found this out by check my email. No phone call or text letting me know the truck was checked in or there was an issue with the gas level.
