Customer service was slow it seemed the UHaul merchant was not competent on the computer and my credit card was rejected because he made an error in typing in my information and credit card customer service told me that. Credit card customer service also said my credit card was good. I was not told where to drop my keys after hours though after calling after hours UHaul the lady on the phone helped through the online procedure and located the key drop off location.
