The main person at the front desk couldn't answer the simplest questions and did not prevent equipment I reserved from being rented. Very unhelpful. Also, if there is a human representative why do we have to use the app so much and take so many pictures. Have them check out the truck and make sure it is ready to go or be returned and provide some actual customer service.

Bryant MI had trouble with the app, it never did send a text message to me. The gentleman at the location was able to use his computer to complete the rental. (I later got the app to work through email).
