Even though the pickup location and the staff there worked amazingly. But my concern is the Uhaul customer care lady was very rude. She changed my request without prior notice. I placed order to pick at park street,20 inch unknowingly the order was changed both the location and the size of the truck. I had to be moving from one place to another and instead of her escalating and solving the issue, she was being rude and hung the call without solving my issue, in turn I ended up being stressed, make extra expense which I did not planned for. It was a bad experience I want this to be escalated

I was charged 25.00 cleaning fee when the truck was a disaster before picking it up..

Truck was not cleaned out of garbage prior to my rental. Engine was low on oil and errors on vehicle systems throughout the drive.

The location before this (Regina car wash) was so awful. We ended up getting a full refund. The staff was rude and couldn’t answer our questions. This location was much better.

Give them linese plate number to find the truck .the gas gage didn't work. But overall it was good

It was -28 and had been told the truck hadn’t run in over a week. I had to literally rev the en gun for about 10 minutes for it not to stall. Covered in a thick layer of ice and snow. No ice scraper. Truck was filthy inside and out. At minimum have the truck clean.

The lady who working there has no knowledge how to book uhaul. I went there for a U-Haul rental and there was a lady wearing a hijab, she don’t even know how to do that and at the end she asked me that did i need a coverage for that and i denied but next day when i went there to return the truck she added the coverage and misbehaving that you are the one who told me to that. Worst customer service ever.

The windshield was dirty with bugs (had not been cleaned ) specifically requested to put the receipt in my mom’s name as she was the one moving and paying for it, was told that the U-Haul system wouldn’t allow for it but special notes were added. Receipt was not put in my mobs name as requested at the other side when dropping off as the U-Haul system was experiencing a glitch but was reassured I would receive an updated receipt showing in the name of Linda Janzen which never happened.

I ordered U-Haul for park street as it’s closest to my address then was told I pick was actually on university park. I was told you could drop off the U-Haul at any U-Haul locations. We went to the location on Heese and was told we had to drop off where we picked up. When we went to the location where we picked up they said we didn’t have to drop off at the same location. Personaliy this was not a smooth experience and will probably look into other options when moving as I was clearly charged a lot more for the extra km travelled that was not needed.
