This location was not my original drop off location as requested and as indicated on my reservation confirmation from U-Haul. As instructed by the (revised by U-Haul) pick up location agent, we attempted to revise it back to the original reservation confirmation location by contacting U-Haul. U-haul had revised the drop off location reservation to a different city from my confirmed drop off. After lengthy periods on hold, the first two agents were total idiots. I wouldn't normally use such wording to describe someone, but I am being kind with that criticism. Third person was very knowledgeable and was able to reschedule us to drop off at an even closer location than the originally confirmed reservation location. Spurlock Enterprise (new drop off location) staff were awesome.Michael V.

The owner and his staff were wonderful! They were so patient with all of my questions and helped me find the right vehicle to accomplish my task. I couldn't recommend them more! Hi, I had initially reserved an 17' truck. It was unavailable during pick upand I was given a 15' truck instead. Due to this I had 2 trips instead of one. I wish to get half the mileage cost as compensation for this. Thank you.shivaram G.

The vehicle was usably clean. The vehicle broke down outside of our hometown and u-haul's roadside assistance team sent an initial service man that was not prepared to fix the vehicle. It took a second serviceman to get the vehicle going again. Meanwhile we sat on the side of the road on the phone with the location service representative awaiting repair of the vehicle for nine hours. It was from 12 am til about nine am. Our moving operation was hindered and messy as a result of the maintenance of the vehicle. The location team was very helpful in extending the time we had to return the truck but it doesn't give back the time lost sitting on the side of the road.Sherry M.

I called the 1-800 number and they set up the reservation telling me that I could go directly to pick it up. Except it was after noon and the location was closing. Luckily the employees made a diving catch and hung around until I arrived almost 45 minutes after closing.LORNE D V.

The truck ran ok but was not clean at all. It had the strangest smell, windows were awful and the seats were sticky. Had to clean the seats with clorox wipes. The staff was great to work with and helpful. Would have liked to have had the truck two day's but the u-haul website was a mess and wouldn't allow for it, was doing good for them to let me have it one day. Not the local guy's fault, another website mess...Gerald P.

inside of truck had gravel dust/dirt still in it. the truck had been rear ended and should of been fixed prior to renting the truck out again. and the app to return did not like me bringing the truck back a few hours late. to my defense i was stuck in a major traffic accident on the interstate and I couldn't get back any soon. I tried 4 times to use the app and it didn't workadam S.

I rented a 26 foot to be picked up at the Brownsburg Ace Hardware location and when I went to pick it up, it was not a 24/7 location as confirmed in my email and they were closed. I had to end up getting the vehicle from a place in Lafayette, Indiana so my helpers could pick it up, and caused me to have more miles and a higher charge.Debbie L.

After I marked that the truck was clean when I initially got to your location, I noticed there was a lot of what looked like peanuts or some other kind of nut or maybe chips crushed up in the driver side cupholder. That was kind of gross, but really my only complaint. Thanks guysKyle B.

Fire your reservation specialist hotline people... reserved a truck for today as well with a car hauler. Just like I did for Wednesday. Got a confirmation email,got pre checkin done, drove 4 hours from Kentucky to get my truck and car hauler and guess what... no truck,no car hauler. Called your non friendly non helpful reservation specialist line and got the rudest woman on the planet to tell me... "well nobody called you and we don't have a truck for you" and hung up on me... real pissed off about the way I was treated by your rude reservation specialist. Why did I get a reservation confirmation email,and get pre checkin done online if you didn't have a truck and car hauler for me? Why didn't one of you call me and say, we don't have what you need, so don't drive 4 hours north to not be able to move the rest of your property, even though your new job starts Monday in Kentucky?!? This bad review isn't for the farabee guys, they were awesome. This review is for you reservation line with the rude reservation idiot that didn't take care of me today and made me drive 4 hours back home without the rest of my property! You owe me a free rental next weekend and 200 dollars on gas for not communicating properly or having my reservation correct...and causing me to spend 8 hours on the road with 2 vehicles and still not have the rest of my property...worst experience of my life!Lucas H.

First attempt to order a month early, the pickup location moved hours away adter putting my pymt in.... so I canceled & called and spoke to Someone. Then day of my truck in West Lafayette moved to Indy as Im coming from Bluffton In 2 hrs west all over a dolly not available.
