Dirty van, but good, efficient service from the owner.

I had asked for the in person check-in when I reserved online. When I arrived I was told I had to use the app. I don't have a smart phone. I tried using just a regular browser and did the whole thing via uhaul.com, which took me back to the main page that said "check-in complete". But they would not release the key as I couldn't show the final part of the app process (a screen that says "pick up keys") - but I wasn't using the app. So then they acquiesced to do the in-person check-in for me (what I originally booked online), but the lady had no clue what she was doing, so she had to video call her husband while she did it. During the process they added collision insurance, which I never booked, nor was I even asked if a wanted. Thankfully, only after I saw my receipt and saw that they had added the collision insurance on there without my permission, I was able to escalate it to Uhaul customer service, and they were kind enough to sort it out, explain what had gone wrong, and refund me. Whereas when I called this location to tell them about the mistake they told me that it was my own fault and they had nothing to do with it. Wrong, obviously, as Uhaul customer service explained it to me. The mistake was indeed on the check-in end. The only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars is that the lady working at the shop, while having 0 clue about what to do, was very kind and patient. She was really trying. Thanks Uhaul for helping with the extra charge issue in the end. It shows you care, and I will continue using Uhauls... just never again at that location.

The location was good, the process was smooth, but the cargo van smelled badly of dog and urine. Cannot recommend based on the cleanliness of the van.

The truck was too stinky, it's like they used it to deliver garden stuff and soil The truck has too many dents on sides

I might recommend this location to somebody who lived close by, but it was an dirty van with tape holding on the windshield. I would not have trusted this location if I hadn't booked through uhaul.com
