The rental vehicle was covered in bird poop. I had to clean it, so I could see out the windshield and side windows. There was no furniture dolly available, so I settled for a light weight dolly which was useless for my needs. There were no moving blankets (I ordered 6) in the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, the salesperson said it was my responsibility to ask the moving blankets, even though they were included in my order, and it appears on the final receipt that I paid for them. He also questioned whether I completely filled up the gas tank, despite me showing him the gas gauge. The next time I rent a vehicle, it will not be from this location.

On App requested a Dodge ram for queen size mattress/bedframe ,instead it was the smallest GMC. Extra trip and mileage. Requested furniture dolly but only a two wheel offered, useless. This was a furniture move not a box move. Two guys pushing 1 dolly ( my own four wheel dolly) adding more time to my day. The store suggested that this is what you get at satellite pickup, if I’d known that would have gone to your main yard. Why do I know that “now” after a messed up day? Satellite service isn’t what is expected so you need to be clear about the “ limitations” of this “service”. Not only frustrated me but the friend that volunteered to help also paid the price.
