This location is great. The San Tan Valley location is terrible. They did not have the trailer I need. They never called to let me know that they did not have the trailer. They made excuses for not having the trailer. Will NEVER recommend the San Tan valley location. I will NEVER go back to the San Tan Valley location.

The location and staff were great. The U-HAUL mobile check-in option STUNK!!! I spent more than 45-minutes literally (check your call in log for proof) on trying to do my early check-in and get the keys from the lockbox. I spoke to two different representatives from your CS and finally the second time we were able to figure out. Frustrating!

I would highly recommend this location, It is worth traveling a little further than the "closest" location, the staff is very knowledgeable about the equipment, they are eager to help get you on your way and make sure you understand the equipment you are renting. I have rented from this location before and always get the same professional service.

We reserved at uhaul on Main & Lindsay. Our truck wasn't there. Sent 15 miles to get truck.Given to customer ahead . Finally got truck after another hour.

BEWARE! This location is running a big scam!!!! They give you the truck with very little gas and then when you return it they charge you for entire tank of gas. I used the UHaul truck for 19 miles and they charged me over $33 for gas!!!! Do not ever rent from the location on Williams Field and Power in Gilbert, AZ!!!!! I'm going to be sharing this on social media sites in the community!!

The truck I reserved was a 26 footer and I was only offered a 15 foot truck when I arrived meaning more trips and gas being used. Also the drivers side door didn't shut properly and the side mirrors were not adjustable so it was hard to see the sides of the truck. SSC is a fine business and I always rent trucks there but this experience was not the greatest.

A friendly clerk from this location greeted me and took my key from my truck and also supply me with a mask to protect me in case I didn't have one. I wish I could say the same for the people who actually worked for U-Haul, who quite frankly ruined my entire trip.

Jimmy, what can I say about Jimmy. He did an incredible job. I showed up at 830 and the poor fella had a line out the door. He handled customer after customer like a badass. Give that man a raise, he did a great job.

Straps ratchet are very hard to turn. And while driving the right ramp locking pin came off letting the ramp drag on the freeway. Very scary noise.

Reserved truck for a one way rental and when I got there Uhaul said I couldn't do that and had to return truck to same location . Cost was $100 more than When I made the reservation and cost time and gas to return the truck . No help from Uhaul of course . Something like this happens every time I use Uhaul and they could not care less.

The guy that checked me out didn't know what he was doing. Put in a different drop off location and did not tell me. I didn't know this until I dropped off at my preferred location and found the paper he gave me. I had to sweep out the trailer before use. The guy didn't know how to hook up the lights so I did it. The running lights did not work towards the end of my travel so had to stop for the night and the trailer brakes do not work. I was very disappointed and will not use this location or recommend them ever!

It was quick and easy to rent the truck and move the some furniture I had purchased. I will definitely use this location and uhaul again.

Workers were not wearing a mask. Very rude and slow. This place is a disgrace. Manager was on the phone explaining to his kid that grandmother was in hospital with chest pains, probably because the workers at this location not wearing a mask. Worker used an ATV to drive 50 feet to trailers. He said the F word because the computer was slow. I will be posting google and social media reviews of this disgrace of a place.

The mileage cost has gotten way too high. I made the mistake of searching for the best cost which was Uhaul, but not when you factored in $.99 per mile. That should be quoted better at time of initial contact.

One specific concern I have and I admentally disagree with is the practice of using a personal cell phone of any employee taking pictures of an individual's driver's license. This person now has my DL information which can include my DOB and for those who use their SS#. Identity theft is rampant and opening ones business practices for this is not one I agree with at all.

I did not appreciate having to do the company's job ie; taking pictures and wasting my time on the online checkout procedure. Brakes started to squeal within 2 miles and never stopped. Waited to long in line, never going back to this location and possibly ever using uhaul again.

We originally had a different drop off location. I called and waited on hold for 20 mins to get a rep to change it to this closer location. She (Christina) said she changed it, but then when we got there and tried to use the app it still reported the old location and we couldn't proceed. So we had to call back and wait on hold for another 20 mins to get another rep on the line. Keep in mind this is AZ during the hottest part of the day, so we're sitting burning gas to stay cool and getting thirsty waiting. The next rep (Laura) informed us that the first rep had put in her notes to change locations but hadn't actually done so. Laura took care of it and then we were able to drop the keys off. However, the drop box in the picture on the app (big UHAUL label) looked nothing like the drop box we put the keys in (only labeled SSC Auto Repair). This was very confusing because there were Uhaul labeled key boxes with serial codes to access and we were given no codes. So we are dropping the keys off into the SSC box not knowing if we are making a mistake, going to be held accountable to fees, etc... Terrible drop off experience. And when I explained this to the rep there was no effort to give us a discount for our time or effort or make any future accomodations whatsoever. I have probably spent near $10K with Uhaul over the years, but assuming there is no follow up attempt on your part to make accomodations, the experience may drive me toward competitors in the future.
