Very unhappy with rental. Have always rented at the Clearwater Rd location and it was professional service and great pickup and drop off instructions. Not the same at St. Cloud Stop. Only 1 employee was there. Did not appreciate trying to pickup truck at 7:50 AM and having to be interrupted by customers needing to be served. I waited 30 minutes. Then the attendant couldn't open the lock box, so I got it open. When I got in truck and left , I realized that the gas was on empty. Had to pump gas before I could confidently expect to make the move and I was only going to need less than 20 miles (most of them to return from pickup and then return the truck later.) I set up rental at Clearwater Rd as I have in past but was notified by U-Haul later that I had to use this location. This might have been convenient for you but not me. I never complain and write responses like this so OI hope you understand how upset I was yesterday.
