When a customer selects a specific location to pick up that's where the truck should be. They should not have to drive out of the way almost an hour to pick up the truck. It's really crappy service on U-hauls part. And what makes matters worse is I made the reservation a month ago....I will NEVER use U-haul again. The truck was in horrible co edition smelled like pee on the inside. Truck drove horrible something was wrong with alignment or steering truck was all over the road almost got in multiple accidents. KShalamar H.

The equipment I rented worked perfectly well, except it was a full day of driving through rain and the trailer had a small leak somewhere near the front of the box. No of our things got very wet, thankfully!Louis M.
I ordered my truck from one location, checked in online the day before, but I was sent to another location. This put us back 30 minutes! The guy that did help us though was very courteous and had everything ready to go. The truck was very nice and we didn't need the pads, but I appreciated that they were clean.Stephanie E.

The "in-person" service and the equipment quality was top-notch but the reservation process is a complete mess. The "reservation" does not actually reserve requested equipment. Attempting to confirm the availability of my "reserved" equipment required talking to three different people who all gave me different instructions and information. I will prioritize UHaul competitors (such as Penske) until UHaul modernizes their reservation process. I like UHaul and I wish I could keep coming back but the lack of a dependable reservation is too nerve-wracking to tolerate when I am trying to get my possessions moved out of a property in a scheduled manner.Justin P.

I had expected to be provided a truck that had a full tank of gas. There was only a quarter tank ( is that about 8 gallons???) I couldn't even get out of the state. VERY disappointing. With no real clue haw to safely calculate how much gas to put in, I filled up the tank. That was 22 gal of 89 at $2.00 per gal. When I dropped the vehicle off, there was over half a tank.. I felt like I had been cheated. If the tank had been full when I got it, I would only have had to put in what I actually used. Instead I lost about $20 dollars. Your 24/7 hold/assistance policy sucks! The stack and storage facility was not open until 9 am. They closed Monday at 6pm. Once they closed they were unable to accept any changes to my reservation, which is the opposite of what I was told by U-Haul. Once the facility is closed, no changes can be made! The owners of the stack and store location where I rented my U-Haul were amazing, and beyond kind.Meredith F.

Everything was good rental service and trailer tow was really good only one problem that we had was rain water leaks tru roof back door we had flooring for our house and three boxes got wet also ceiling fan box was really wet so we lost couple hundred bucks in goods ?? I hope that gets repaired soon cause other people get stuff wet as wellted S.
