Budget had no idea who I was in Aberdeen when I showed up with confirmation screenshot and all. U-Haul was great before and I thought they were out of cans in bel air. I went through stack and store in Aberdeen directly and called and had a van after leaving budget and only lost 30 min on a very tight schedule . The girl working was a delight and didn’t add in needed charges or anything and was very nice. Zero complaints or concerns and pricing was half what budget charged both times. Price checking. U-Haul or stack and store to get U-Haul as well. Check both!! 5 stars if moving yourself quick and short distance at least . Over a few weeks so multiple quick 4 hour rentals were perfect.

The only thing that I would give a negative review would be the Uhaul app. It wouldn't scan the barcode on the truck and no matter what progress I made it kept kicking me back to the home screen. I would not recommend using the app.
Chad KThe ONLY reason you are getting an Excellent review is because of the fantastic service we got from Sierra. I had reserved the van on 8/2/25 to use on 9/4/25. Someone requested one a few weeks after me and they bumped my van to another location. My Stack and Store is where I needed to load and unload for an EVENT. She was able to help me get the one that I had reserved where I had reserved it. Otherwise, you would of had a VERY UNHAPPY customer. Instead, I was very, very pleased how she handled the embarrassing situation U-Haul had caused.
