the Uhaul app was a disaster and I experience a 40 minute delay because of issues with the app. I did get help from a support agent and used the URL on safari and eventually was able to get the keys. Overall the self pick up process was not customer friendly at all

Joseph K.There was a new woman in the office, who I've never seen or met before. (I rent a truck 6 times a year from this location). This woman was NOT at all friendly. She was super rude, and had a bad attitude. In the past there was another woman who was beyond friendly and was super easy to talk to. She would always have a smile on her face and knew me by name & by my face. I am NOT happy there was a $20 fee added to the Uhaul contract for returning after hours. There is no way I'd be able to return by 5pm. That's just ANOTHER reason why I am going to start looking at other options in my area. It's sad b/c I really enjoyed the original cashier/employee and not having to pay an extra $20. Not to mention I do this 6 times a year!
