We've been here many times to pick up/drop off uhaul equipment. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. I would also appreciate it if the Uhaul reservation system didn't change my reservation for a nice, well-lit, store with great customer service to a dirty, un-maintained gas station with no Uhaul signage 30 minutes away, which is where we had to pick up our truck on for this move!

Good experience overall. Staff was friendly. The truck I reserved was late getting in to the original location where I reserved it. Uhaul worked quickly to find me another truck on the same day so that I could compete my move as planned. I appreciate the quick response.

Nothing against the facility as mistakes happen. I tried to pick up my vehicle before opening hours and the key to the vehicle was not in the lockbox. Had to call the help center. The person from the help center was very understanding and told me I would get a 50.00 credit but it never materialized.
