I used the app for a fully online experience. The app worked perfectly at pickup, but was glitchy at dropoff - and didn't accept the return. I used the chat feature to speak to a rep who made a note that the truck had, indeed, been returned on time. To make sure the rental was documented with a proper return time I stopped in and talked with a store employee who promptly helped me and was very friendly and knowledgeable!
