The woman was extremely nice and welcoming. She explained everything to me. The office was clean and organized the lot was also very clean. I have rented from other places due to living in other locations and was very disappointed in their service. This will definitely be my go to location if I need it in the future and I will definitely recommend them.Dawn R.

Posted business hours at the rental location and website are not consistent. Store indicates 9AM opening, website 9:30AM. This resulted in my waiting, as well as another customer when first picking up the vechicle. Not the end of the world but made for some confusion and frustration. Not really sure what you can do to improve your service because everything was great! From ordering my van online which was very easy to do., and going to the location was also a great experience everything was easy and customer service was great I was already in your system and my credit card was on file so that made it even easier to quicker to get it and out. The office did not have any customers yet the personnel would not get up to check in the truck. The customer representative asked if I went over the mileage and refilled the gasoline (I did) but I had not calculated that before I arrived. I offered to go out and calculate and they said that would not be necessary. Then they dismissed me. I wanted to know if I owed any additional money. They would not get up to check out the truck while I was there. They did check it after I left and there were no additional charges. Plus, they called me to come back to get my EZ Pass which I left in the truck. I appreciate that gesture. But, if they had checked the truck while I was there the additional trip back to the drop off location could have been avoided. Yes, it was my responsibility to get all of my belongings. I do take responsibility for my mistake. I guess it was the attitude that made the experience difficult. I am no stranger to moving and renting trucks from U-Haul. I have never experienced an attitude before at a U-Haul location.KATHLEEN N.
The van was filthy inside and out. Hands black from using the handles. Front had an animal of some sorts, hair and crumbs on seats and floor. My mom had black pants on and was covered in blonde animal hair. There was also a foul smell. We were just glad we only needed it for a couple hours. I know Uhaul can do better than that.Heather J.
