ARTHUR BConditions of the vehicle was not safe for driving. When you Google map the two address they are only 3 miles apart but the odometer seem like it’s rigged
MAYUR JMy original reservation made with local uhaul over the phone was for enclosed trailer with 5 foot high door opening with ramp to load my preloaded yarn displays for a three day show. she said they did not have one the closest was next town over and she could reserve it for me or have u-haul call me if a closer comes available and I said i need it friday and need to know it was reserved and where so do it now and she did and sent me E-mail reservation. I get there on Friday morning and she said that I didn't have a reservation and that I was probably at the wrong place. I showed her the printed email with the address on it. Then she said "give me your phone number and let me look you up" and she found my reservation. Then she said that the cost would be $18 more because I had changed my reservation! But I hadn't changed my reservation. So she said she wouldn't charge for that. She did the paperwork and I followed an employee out the gate to the trailer and she took me to an open trailer and I said "No! I ordered an enclosed trailer!" So she called the office to find out what sort of trailer I was supposed to get because the paperwork was wrong. She hooked me up to a enclosed trailer and I get it home and find out that there is no ramp. I call the office because I ordered an enclosed trailer with ramp and now they tell me that there are no ramps on enclosed trailers, so I could come back and get an open trailer. Why couldn't someone just tell me when I made the reservation that there are not enclosed trailers with ramps? They all blamed me for not understanding something that they had never explained to me. I might be old but I'm not stupid. After years of renting U-Haul trucks and trailers, you have lost this customer and my referrals.
CURTIS BI want to give a shout-out to the older gentleman who works Saturdays prepping and issuing trucks at this U-Haul location. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers.

Mehdi SPeople were fantastic however the truck when I opened the back to start loading was filthy. It looked like dirt from potted plants and there was broken glass and beads everywhere. Several spots looked like something sticky was spilled also. Had to clean it out before I could load anything. I’ve rented from UHaul before so I know this wasn’t the norm for them as trucks were always clean in the past

Joshua FThe male employee was not customer service oriented. I asked about a Van being available, and pointed to the truck located on the side of the window, and asked for the smaller one. I was told that there wasn’t one available. I asked if I could reserve one on the next available date. I was told that I needed to call U-Haul to do a reservation. I left and made a phone call to the same U-Haul and was able to come back and pickup the truck. When I went back into the office I spoke to the lady that took my reservation and advised her that the male individual was not very helpful and in fact interrupted the conversation that I was having with the lady representative assisting me when I came in on the prior Saturday. She was giving me instructions and he interrupted and said just call U-Haul to make the reservation. The lady servicing me yesterday advised that she heard the entire conversation that I was having with the male employee and advised that she heard me asking for a van so his response was proper. However, she did not witness me pointing to the truck that was parked right outside of the window. I said van instead of truck but I was pointing to the truck so he knew what I meant when I said van. I’m also complaining about the $9.00 charge added for gas. I only drove the truck for 12 miles so I put in 2 gallons of gas at the gas station about 100 yards away. The 2 gallons of gas was more than enough to cover the 12 miles that I drove. The needle on the gas indicator was above the last line on the screen. The picture taken by the individual was not accurate because it was way less than the last line of the gas indicator screen. Tell me how could I have used 4 gallons of gas to drive just 12 miles! I put in 2 gallons of gas and your receipt shows 2 additional gallons of gas being charged. The individual heard me complaining about the service that he provided me so he maybe just trying to get even with me. Your website also advises that the truck that I rented usually uses 1 gallon of gas per 12 miles. I put in 2 gallons of gas just to be safe. I am going back to the U-Haul office to get this corrected. If I am not successful I will have this issue investigated.
MELVIN SMarie called to let me know I left something in the truck and pricing on what I owed for gas since the money I put into the gas didn't quite fill it up. No price gauging with that either. Thanks!

Antony BI’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but the lady who checked us out was great. She made sure we knew everything to do so we wouldn’t get charged extra, and she was very helpful. They ran out of appliance dollies, so she called the store 2 miles down the road for us to make sure we could get our appliance dolly. Thank you for the great service!

RICHARD CThe trailer safety chains were like new. The safety chain hooks would not hook or go through a gm factory pickup truck trailer hitch. I was forced to purchase a uhaul hitch. The hitch I had was a higher rated hitch. They would not take a return on the hitch after 4 hours of use.

Michele FTruck was parked on a unlevel spot and the fuel gage showed more fuel than that was actually there. I was given a truck with only a 1/4 tank not a half as listed. This location is scamming people with the gas. Furthermore the drive side door doesn't like to close all the way and opened up on I275 south bound when I leaned against the door as I was driving. There is no reason why I would need to open the door as I'm driving to slam the door shut once again. Happened several times.

MIGUEL AVery limited parking. The staff was very courteous, however, their connection with U-Haul's internet service kept crashing and it took lots of patience to wait out what should have been a simple transaction since I had completed the rental agreement online the night before. By the way, the night before I started doing this transaction by using text as suggested by your application. I spent over an hour dealing with someone by text and finally told them I would stop the text transaction and go to my computer. I spent less than 15 minutes to get it done by using my computer. My main problem for this rental was dealing with U-Haul's online services. I will think twice before I ever repeat this experience.

GERMAN GThe truck that I rented had no motor oil in it. Had to add 3 quarts before I even started down the road. The worst truck ever had in my life, the passenger side mirror was broken prior to my pickup and they only taped it in place. And said there was nothing that they could do about it, or I wouldn't have a truck. Thank God I had a passenger in the vehicle to help me change lanes because the truck was not legal to be on the road. And I am a retired truck driver of 35 years, I will never ever rent from U-Haul again.
