The 75year old lady that assisted me was super attentive, took the time to explain all the details and even tried to pull off the trailer from the hitch of my truck by herself. She deserves a raise. Kudos to her. You guys have an incredible resource. Thanks
Danny RRenting from this location was a pleasure. The two lady’s working the shop were friendly and very efficient. I rented on line and drove to this shop. In the 15 minutes it took me to drive on arrival my vehicle was clean, set and ready to. The even had it running to cool down the cab with the a/c on a very hot day

My only grip besides this was that I wasn't told that I needed to take before pictures and upload them to the application to be fully covered. I had to stop my trip to call customer care and take care of this. It delayed my trip by 30 minutes.

keneth sUnlike my other U-Haul experiences this location actually inspected and maintained their trailers. The units were clean, the tires were almost brand new and it was apperent that the units were serviced with attention to detail. Great job Ladies!!!!
Ken VThe trailer was old and not well maintained, also was charged a 2nd day for being 2 hours late turning it in ! Was told previously to keep in touch and let them Loose if we couldn’t make it back in time due to heavy rain and traffic ! I will never use this location again, furthermore the attendant that checked me in upon my return had an attitude towards me because there’s lack of room to put the trailer in the back !

JASON WI picked up the truck on July 7 the inside of the windows or very dirty. I think the last customer had a dog in there from the way the inside of the windows look they were all speared up with dog slumber, including the driver's window, so they must've been using it for a dog kennel as well there was also a low tire on that truck when I picked it up I got a message on the dash that I had a low tire when I checked it it was 40 pounds low.

Stephen PAfter hours pick up was frustrating. Lock on key boxes needs oil. And returning truck was extremely frustrating. Again, luck was giving us problems as we were being bit up by bugs. The uhaul website kept making me start over with the picture taking process.
Ashley KFlawless, no contact pick up. The vehicle was clean and parked in an easily accessible location. The pickup app was easy to use and I was on my way in minutes. Upon returning the vehicle, the staff were super friendly and I was out the door in no time with an emailed receipt by the time I got home. I would definitely rebt from this location again.

Elizabeth PFirstly, the front desk lady was very sweet and knowledgeable! The truck appeared clean, but when we first opened the back of it, it was like getting slapped in the face with an awful manure smell like someone was transporting livestock. We were transporting a mattress, so it definitely has some residual smell attached to it we will have to take care of. The alignment of the truck was also very off but it got the job done.

Susan WI reserved a 4x7 trailer but was given a motorcycle trailer which is not a big deal, however I was charge the higher rate for the motorcycle trailer then the original trailer that I reserved.
