Ran into issues because I was told I could use my employee discount but when pick up arrived they did not give me the discount so we paid full price

ALEX ZThe truck is very old and has multiple issues. The gearbox is not functioning properly—it’s extremely difficult to shift gears. The door doesn’t close securely; you have to apply excessive force to shut it. Additionally, the steering wheel is too loose, which affects handling and safety.
SANTOSH VThey need more help at the front counter. That's really the only feedback. Everyone was super nice and knew what they were doing. Maybe it was just a busy weekend. But they did a great job!!

KEITH SMake sure when you reserve a truck for someone and they pay the keys are actually there. This was a big inconvenience as we were late for something we shouldn’t have been late for.
Trevor TDolly caused issues while traveling. We had to rent another dolly from your competition and continued the trip without issue. Customer service was a joke and has to talk to 7 or 8 employees before getting it resolved.

MICHAEL WI rented a U-haul truck and trailer. The trailer wasn't there. So I drove the U-haul truck back to U-haul the next day and the trailer was double booked. So I didn't get a trailer at all plus I wasted time and miles on U-haul truck and had to rent U-haul truck for an extra day because of all the above . This experience sucked. My bill needs to be adjusted. Thank you have a good day.

JOHN PWhen I first got there, he wasn’t too personable at first and then I finally got him too. I guess get out of his shell either way, I normally would have one of the employees come out and inspect the truck with me in and in this case, no one did the lady that dropped the truck off to me just handed me the keys and said have a nice day and just went straight into the office as quick as she can without running but if she could she would run like a cheetah. I don’t let me get started with the truck the truck and the inside smell like a cigarette lounge, the truck felt like it was gonna die at one point trying to haul a little bit of things inside of the truck and even without the things inside the truck it still sounded horrible. I spent 30 dollars for gas and I wasn’t going far. Next time I rather go somewhere else. I rented the uhual 3/24/25 to 3/25/25

JUAN VI went there in person to look at the size of the enclosed trailers. The lady working was very nice that showed them to me. The next day I went back to reserve and rent. The nice lady was busy and asked a younger lady to help me. She was not very friendly and talked fast almost like I was bothering her. Once that was completed she sent a man out to connect the trailer. This guy wouldn’t even look at me or communicate. He left my vehicle started walking back to office. I asked him if there was an issue and he ignored and kept walking. I thought maybe he doesn’t speak English, that would have been understandable. I asked the younger girl if he spoke English because he wouldn’t answer me and walked away. Immediately she got irate and told me I was rude for asking that question. I wasn’t asking the question as a racist question I really thought maybe he didn’t understand me the way he ignored me . I told her in return I thought he was rude for ignoring me and walking away. After that they both hooked me up without one word or friendliness. No apologies. So in the end they both could learn how to communicate and have a friendlier approach to customer. I thought these two were terrible. I would not refer them to anyone. They need to take lessons from the older woman that was very friendly that works there.

LARRY FHad a reservation for Saturday morning I was told that there was no trucks. Had to drive all the way down to Tampa to go pick up another truck which was another 30 to 45 minutes away When we had people waiting at our house to help move.
