JOSEPH ZVery impressed with the number of trucks available and the ease of before business hours online pickup. Only thing we had trouble with was accessing the truck key from the black box. Combination code for the lock was written in small type and blended in with the rest of the instructions.

Mark RCustomer service was top-notch, easy, quick check-in, and they already had the van ready to go at the street, the only downside was the condition of the truck, the alignment was way off, the brakes were almost nonexistent, and acceleration in this vehicle was so slow. It made it extremely difficult to get up to speed of traffic, almost unsafe on Florida roads.
STEPHEN RThis review is more about Uhaul reservation department. I scheduled cargo trailer at Stack and Store location a week in advance. On the reservation it was confirmed at that location. A day before my pickup they said my trailer would not be at the location I wanted so they said I had to pick it up at another location which was farther away. On my pickup day I went to the new assigned location to find out they did not have a trailer for me but instead the entire time it was still at my original location. So I had to drive 30 minutes back to my original location to pick up my trailer. What should have been an easy 30 minute travel/pickup/return time was 3 times as long because someone messed up my order and made me run around town for no reason.
PATRICK SThis rental was a nightmare all the way around! Truck was old and very hard ride. Was sent to another dealer over 30 miles away to get a tow dolly because the lights didn’t work on the one at Wesleyan chapel, was given destination of Bloomington Illinois instead of Bloomington Indiana. Was delayed by a total of more than three hours due to faulty equipment and having to travel extra miles to get a dolly, which was not properly attached, chains were dragging on left side and noticed slipping feeling on occasion. Drop of in Bloomington verified that it was incorrect positioned. What can you do to improve, you tell me??? However your desk girls were all pleasant especially at a hardware store in Brookville Florida, who caught the wrong destination. Really disappointed, in the extra charge also. STEVEN FThere are 2 things I dread in life. Wal-mart and u-Haul! If it weren't for the cutey behind the counter I definitely would not recommend this location or u-Haul in general. Your vehicles always sound like they're about to break down. Your app is trash! I returned the vehicle around 6pm but because your site and app are jacked up, I didn't leave until almost 7pm! Also, it's after midnight and I still haven't received a confirmation email of the vehicle being returned.

I don’t think it has anything to do with the company that I rented it from whoever makes those trucks they need to be sealed better. It rains in the United States of America everywhere I had many downpours during my move. It was very disappointing.

WILLIAM MEasy pick-up and return, on point customer service. Only improvement I'll recommend is a bigger parking for customer and trucks when outside of the trucks main secured parking spot.
ALFREDO RI rented a 5x8 trailer. It pulled well. I do, however, want to complain about the new latch & go hitch. Although it's easy to use, it does not latch tightly on the ball as the old turn to tighten hitch. The new latch rattles and bounces and unless one had a drawbar clamp, it would have a tendency to ruin the receiver. Even with the trailer heavily loaded in the front, it rattled. I would say to go back to the turn to tighten system.
WAYNE OThe ratchet strap on my car trailer was broken and too short to make it around the wheel so I had to tow my car 70 miles with only one strap fastened

KENDRICK HI have booked rental for 9 AM. Confirmed it on Friday and received confirm email for 9 AM pick up. Never received any email or text and they have changed it to 11 AM. Received text message at 9:32 am on pick up date regarding change in pick up time to 11 AM upon a calling for U-Haul customer service and sent a message for change in pick up time. I have paid 250$ for movers for extra due to not able to start on schedule time. I have asked a store manager regarding who will pay for those damages to me. And he didn’t had any response other that sending text regarding change on pick up time to 11 am on 9:32 AM of same day.
UPENDRA PRan into issues because I was told I could use my employee discount but when pick up arrived they did not give me the discount so we paid full price

ALEX ZThe truck is very old and has multiple issues. The gearbox is not functioning properly—it’s extremely difficult to shift gears. The door doesn’t close securely; you have to apply excessive force to shut it. Additionally, the steering wheel is too loose, which affects handling and safety.
SANTOSH VThey need more help at the front counter. That's really the only feedback. Everyone was super nice and knew what they were doing. Maybe it was just a busy weekend. But they did a great job!!
