Ricardo VThere were not a lot of places to drop off the truck. I ended up partially blocking the sidewalk. This is not related to the pickup location, however the Pickup Phone App was cumbersome with a lot of steps and took over a half hour to complete. Scanning my license kept failing and I couldn't get past it for over 10 minutes. I ended up getting to my house 15 minutes late for my movers!

ROBERT RMy only complaint is they asked for a destination. I gave them an address in Marianna, Florida. The address they gave me for drop off was in the next county over about a half hour away. When 2 minutes down the road there was a U-Haul lot. I would like to be reimbursed for the hour drive. I wasted taking it to the middle of nowhere. The address I was giving was in the middle of the woods. The actual place I had to drop off was 2 mi from the address I was given. Not happy. I can leave you my address. JOSEPH OThe ladies were oustanding in their knowledge and were very pleasantly professional. The only negative was that the trucks driver side mirror was loose and had to be constantly adjusted. Otherwise, the truck was a pleasant drive. I would not have any issues with renting from this location again.
ROGER BI was very frustrated that I had selected a different store and was swapped to one further away for pickup and drop off due to availability. This in turn forced me to use more gas and well as more of my time. I’m confident I was charged by miles out on the vehicle and I’m frustrated that I likely paid for more due to these changes. No one ever apologized or offered anything to make up for it , there was no concern. I was just told here is the change of plan have a great day. Did not feel appreciated as a paying customer.

ALAIN SGood except no key in box for my mobile check in so I had to wait around for an hour until they opened. Also paid my movers an extra hour for waiting
John TThere is insufficient parking space and directions for dropping off equipment. U-Haul shouldn’t expect customers to know to drive and park on the lawn at the side of the road. A real parking lot would help a lot. The manager was very lazy, uncaring, and unhelpful. I will use U-Haul in the future, but I will not use this location.

ARTHUR BConditions of the vehicle was not safe for driving. When you Google map the two address they are only 3 miles apart but the odometer seem like it’s rigged
MAYUR JMy original reservation made with local uhaul over the phone was for enclosed trailer with 5 foot high door opening with ramp to load my preloaded yarn displays for a three day show. she said they did not have one the closest was next town over and she could reserve it for me or have u-haul call me if a closer comes available and I said i need it friday and need to know it was reserved and where so do it now and she did and sent me E-mail reservation. I get there on Friday morning and she said that I didn't have a reservation and that I was probably at the wrong place. I showed her the printed email with the address on it. Then she said "give me your phone number and let me look you up" and she found my reservation. Then she said that the cost would be $18 more because I had changed my reservation! But I hadn't changed my reservation. So she said she wouldn't charge for that. She did the paperwork and I followed an employee out the gate to the trailer and she took me to an open trailer and I said "No! I ordered an enclosed trailer!" So she called the office to find out what sort of trailer I was supposed to get because the paperwork was wrong. She hooked me up to a enclosed trailer and I get it home and find out that there is no ramp. I call the office because I ordered an enclosed trailer with ramp and now they tell me that there are no ramps on enclosed trailers, so I could come back and get an open trailer. Why couldn't someone just tell me when I made the reservation that there are not enclosed trailers with ramps? They all blamed me for not understanding something that they had never explained to me. I might be old but I'm not stupid. After years of renting U-Haul trucks and trailers, you have lost this customer and my referrals.
CURTIS BI want to give a shout-out to the older gentleman who works Saturdays prepping and issuing trucks at this U-Haul location. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers.

Mehdi SPeople were fantastic however the truck when I opened the back to start loading was filthy. It looked like dirt from potted plants and there was broken glass and beads everywhere. Several spots looked like something sticky was spilled also. Had to clean it out before I could load anything. I’ve rented from UHaul before so I know this wasn’t the norm for them as trucks were always clean in the past
