Natrice BlackmanI needed a motorcycle hauler and I could not reserve one on the site. When I picked up my trailer I got just a standard trailer even though they had bike haulers. I was told that they could not be used for one way rentals. There should be an option on the website to reserve a motorcycle hauler.

THALIA TIEWSYou have to 100% improve your booking and location pickup logistics. You quoted one location and I had to drive 15 miles out of my way to eventually pick up the trailer. The pickup location was not at fault, but this system must improve. Zero confidence when I go on the website and pick a location. It's never honored.

Dennis FriedlanderI was told (when I went to pick up the rental) by employees at your Havre de Grace location that we were not going to be able to drop off the truck in Sterling, VA (the location we had reserved 2 weeks prior) ...that we had to choose a different location. All 3 options they gave me were in Maryland...a minimum of an hour away (2 hours round trip) from Sterling, VA. They told me there wasn't anything they could do to help me drop the uhaul truck closer to Sterling but that I should just keep calling. After a good bit of time of me trying to get hold of any uhaul location in Sterling, VA and Chantilly, VA, my husband called 1-800-UHAUL where they told him that Sterling, VA was where we were registered to drop off...no problem. I wasted an hour in the Havre de Grace office stressing about where we were going to drop off all for nothing! My blood pressure was through the roof after dealing with that office....for no reason at all as it turned out

Suggest you let the customer know where to drop the vehicle off (if in front of the store is ok or if you want it backed in, etc). Backing in was difficult, but pulling in forward would have cut off the flow of traffic in the parking lot.
David GillisI was very upset that I could not get the one way truck that I booked and that it ended up costing me over $50 more because even though I was able to book my requested things wet not available. I feel like this was just a play to get more money and it has soured me to the whole process. The location and service at stack and store was great my gripe is with uhaul

Monique BrownFunctionally the truck performed well. Two issues with it. The driver side wiper blade began to fray when I hit a patch of rain, luckily it didn’t rain long or that could have been an issue. The more important issue was that the air conditioner did not work during the trip. I drove from Maryland to south Florida and it was very uncomfortable. I would expect that to be checked after each trip, specifically making sure it works when the engine is under load. In all honesty I feel like I should be reimbursed part of the rental fee but I will leave that up to you
Steve PajtisPlaced a reservation to pick up the U-Haul. The keys and vehicle were not at the location. Had to wait an hour to get the vehicle which setback our ability to move out at the time we told our moving company. Also tire pressure was very low in right rear tire. Had to stop in the rain to put air in. Would like some sort of compensation.

David GILLI would not change a thing. The ladies at this location were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very helpful. You should probably give them a raise to ensure they stay with you and continue to provide a great experience for the customers.
