MARVIN CI am writing to report a discrepancy regarding the starting mileage for my recent rental. When I left the lot, the mileage was 131,374, not 131,332 as recorded on my receipt. The app and provided link would not allow me to complete the initial inspection, so I took photos as documentation instead. This issue was noted by the employee on-site. I was charged for 58 miles, when I actually only drove 16 miles. I'm so unhappy and extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accuracy when handling client accounts.

SCOTT SU-haul manager did not have an appliance dolly as reserved. I had to travel all around town to find one. This cost me money and time.

KATHLEEN BTruck was clean, service was friendly, and the process couldn't be much simpler. I recommend that customers take their own photos of the equipment before and after use aside from the photos taken with the uhaul website link provided when renting equipment.

DUANE JDON’T CHANGE ANYTHING! Could not have had an easier experience! By FAR- THE BEST UHAUL experience we have ever had! Truck was ready and clean! Our blankets and utility cart were already in the truck! Pickup was super easy and quick! Drop off after hours- EASY PEASY!!! Staff was personable and professional! Thank you for making this the part of our move stress free!

Angel BI rented a 6x12 trailer to pick up my side by side and the drop gate entrance to the trailer in the back was only 58” so my side by side did not fit. I called the u haul place I rented from and they said I had to return the trailer to them before I could get another trailer. So I couldn’t drop the trailer off at another U-Haul to get the one needed and it was 30 miles away. I just didn’t rent another trailer and I didn’t get a refund. Now I am still can’t get my side by side until I buy a trailer. Thanks for nothing
