It was a convenient location for me. But trying to check it out and return in online is a pain. Kept saying I was at the location and I was sitting right at the station. Had to call both times.

Overall this experience was satisfactory. The issue that I had was that the owner of the facility called at 11:00 AM, stating that he was closing up early and needed me to be there before 1:00 PM. I work or an hour away, I did not know ahead of time he was closing up early and so it made it somewhat inconvenient. The drop off/return was convenient. There were some documents posted that were biased towards a particular religion and political pins that expressed some specific political views. That made me somewhat uncomfortable. I understand that this is a privately owned location. The owner was polite and pleasant to work with.

1st actually pick up the phone and call your dealerships and let them know a customer is on the way so we the customer doesn't have to wait for an hour,,2nd have your dealerships check equipment like tires, they shouldn't go out unfixed especially if the pick up place is a mechanic shop. Finally when your district people give something to customers, the should keep ALL of what they say they are going to do, not just some of the things that they said.

Lower your rates, $1,256.00 + $100 for insurance WOW I think $1,256.00 is a bit much just to borrow a truck to drive, the only thing you're doing is supplying the truck you're not paying for gas it doesn't cost you anything and I've been using U-Haul for many decades.

First of all the initial place I was told to pick up my Uhaul was not the place that I was supposed to pick it up. I did not get a text message until the day of pick up telling me where to pick it up at. If I had not investigated on my own we would not have known where to go. I was unable to get my contract except by email because Stan's computer was not working. Stan was very rude when we pulled up to pick up the vehicle.

Was not open, tried to return 3 days in a row finally just dropped trailer off. No instructions where to leave trailer! Tried to call numerous times, no message or answer!
