Only have 2 complaints. 1 being the harness for electrical hookup was broken so i only had lights in the upper right corner. Also 2 the weight of the trailer to unhook it was rediculous. No way if a women rented this would they be able to unhook it after hours alone nits wayyyyy to heavy to not have a tounge lift. Other then that it was great.

I have rented and returned various rentals to this location and have had nothing but the best customer service. We had issues several months ago with the origination point on a one-way rental out of Indiana that we returned to this Michigan location and they stayed on it for several days until it was resolved. It's why we keep going back to this location for our rental needs.

I have one complaint and that is I first had a reservation in Mt Pleasant, Mi and when I arrived to pick up cargo van it was no where in site and the previous holder did not return it. How was I suppose to know without being contacted? Then had to drive 30 mins out of my way to pick up in Stanton with very nice staff I will say but that is just ridiculous that there was no email or anything sent to me before pick up!
