Arthur SMake sure when a customer needs the restroom to give them access, apologize for dekaysand then return to the cleaning task later. Sometimes Seniors and others have limited bladder times. Also find a means to get their system hooked up to the head office at Uhaul so it's not necessary to have delays waitiing for customer service or redoing applications. Lastly, I am waiting for my $50 refund from my last order when my 15 ft unit wasn't there and was told I would have to wait for 3 hrs for it so had to use a 20 ft and got charged for it even though customer service said I wouldn't at Athlone Uhaul on 127 str and 130 Ave Edmonton
BARBARA NQuick and easy to get it. The Lady in charge is quick to act and ready in few seconds. She also help me check the unit before I took it. She’s also polite and humble.
Noel AService rep did not arrive on time for scheduled pick up and was not on site for scheduled drop off time meaning I had to do an after hour drop off online even though it was during their listed hours
Bernard EI reserved the location the first time. And no one was there. I had to cancel it. Waited 45 mins and they showed up and had to re book it.

Robert KThe vehicle was dirty, had a strong smell of gasoline (even when parked) and had mechanical issues. The check engine light came on and the rear rolling door had a broken cable. I feel like I should have been offered some discount based on the inconvenience that the vehicle caused me.
Doug MObi was professional and helpful. I was able to get a 20 foot truck to meet my hauling needs. I would recommend this location to my friends.
Evelyn BShowed up to get my uhaul at 10am and nobody was there so I was frantically trying to get ahold of someone until finally the guy showed up at 10:20. Got the truck and there was NO GAS AT ALL so I had to get some gas. So I started my move an hour late. Also I requested moving blankets on the website when I booked it and the guy said they have none when I got there. I will never book this location again.
