The vehicle was dirty, had a strong smell of gasoline (even when parked) and had mechanical issues. The check engine light came on and the rear rolling door had a broken cable. I feel like I should have been offered some discount based on the inconvenience that the vehicle caused me.
Doug MObi was professional and helpful. I was able to get a 20 foot truck to meet my hauling needs. I would recommend this location to my friends.
Evelyn BShowed up to get my uhaul at 10am and nobody was there so I was frantically trying to get ahold of someone until finally the guy showed up at 10:20. Got the truck and there was NO GAS AT ALL so I had to get some gas. So I started my move an hour late. Also I requested moving blankets on the website when I booked it and the guy said they have none when I got there. I will never book this location again.
