Service rep did not arrive on time for scheduled pick up and was not on site for scheduled drop off time meaning I had to do an after hour drop off online even though it was during their listed hours

I reserved the location the first time. And no one was there. I had to cancel it. Waited 45 mins and they showed up and had to re book it.

Evelyn BShowed up to get my uhaul at 10am and nobody was there so I was frantically trying to get ahold of someone until finally the guy showed up at 10:20. Got the truck and there was NO GAS AT ALL so I had to get some gas. So I started my move an hour late. Also I requested moving blankets on the website when I booked it and the guy said they have none when I got there. I will never book this location again.
