Star Cleaners pickup was difficult as attendant could barely understand English. I needed the keys, yet he had to get in touch with a “Supervisor” first. No answer and he left a message. Had to wait for a return call. Took some time, yet after connecting, all went well.

Uhaul is seriously a scam. What they tell you is your price when booked is not the case. Nope, instead we get charged a huge amount extra for mileage which we didn't know, nor was explained. We even had turned the truck in early and put gas back into it. Uhaul is a joke and just cheats you for money. Had I known this i would have never booked with them.
