Good service very good
balwander S.The facility and the people were great, the problem was I wanted to pick the 5x8 trailer in Iowa City so this location was really out of my way.
Chris L.All I had to do was drop off truck and trailer the guy said we just need the key so after loading driving and unloading the drop off was easy didn't have to wait at all.

And I even showed the lady the receipt was she want to go to the truck to save me my fuel thing but I filled it up where it supposed to be on the sheet.

Alex M.Doing everything online made the whole process take longer and was quite frankly a pain. The website is not intuitive. Having to have 2 contacts that they have to call while you standing in a parking lot is annoying especially given that you had all of my work, credit card, DL information. After all that I still had to go inside to get the key. Everything else was fine, great even. Next time, I'll just check in inside the location.
Andrew B.When I dropped off the trailer in the afternoon of may 1, they said I did not need a receipt for the drop off or sign anything. Now this morning I find I need to sign the receipt regarding no accidents etc. I will have to find a place to print out the receipt, scan and email to you. That's very inconvenient on the road to do. They could have made the drop off so much easier.

Tom M.I called before and I heard them asking someone else if they were a uhaul site. That itself is disturbing. Also they refused to help me with lights or anything. The one guy did but he acted like he shouldn't. Like he threw his arms up when they looked at us from a far like “ I'm not doing anything.†The inside of the truck was filthy with corn and corn dust. The cab had black fingerprints and a cm of dust. I took pictures of all of it. They also billed me for a dolly and was told it was attached in the truck and when I arrived to my place. It was empty. I called back asking for them to bring it to me. And I got a minute of silence before “ well it should be in the truck†And after signing papers the owner woudl cone out and have me sign more papers for the auto transport where as before it was on the original bill and ... gosh there is so much. The worst part is o felt they didn't care. They had no remorse and I ended up cleaning the cab and all I got was “ well it's always dirty here so... everything is dirtyâ€

David R.Nice employees, but substandard location and equipment. Equipment was unavailable at other Uhaul locations near my storage facility. I had to drive an hour and a half one way to get the truck. Mileage included in contract was not sufficient for trip back to storage then doubling back toward the Muscatine exit to drive to Cincinnati. After taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed food crumbs and smears on the radio from prior users. (Not properly cleaned during COVID 19 concerns.) Additionally, the belts squealed anytime the vehicle encountered a slight incline or exceeded 50 mph--this became more concerning when approaching mid-point of my 500+ mile drive and I began smelling rubber.

James H.Was overcharged on dolly rental. (6 instead of 2) Was able to return before closing. Talked to them. They said were 'locked' out of computer access and would adjust invoice before submitting this morning. Didn't happen. Was submitted for incorrect amount. Now I have to wait for refund and bank processing etc. to correct error which shouldn't have happened in the first place. Fortunately, there is another location in the local area which I have used in the past with no problems.....
