Two days prior to picking up our trailer in Rock island Illinois as we had arranged, we were told no trailer would be available at that location. We were told we were not going to be able to get a trailer unless we drove to 1 or another location. We had already made arrangements for people to help with loading the trailer and now had to drive 27 miles to the closest one. We were given a trailer that had a messed up locking mechanism. I was instructed to lift up on the rod that turns into the door to secure it when I couldn’t get it locked in place any other way. We drove to Florida and when we arrived and opened the back door my wife’s newly reupholstered couch was wet, the water leaked into the trailer and soaked through the cover and into her couch. We were very disappointed, I’m sorry for this negative feedback but I think we should have never been rented this trailer. When we returned the trailer to your business in Florida the manager listened and told us she would fill out a report. . She couldn’t believe we were assigned the trailer we were given and apologized. She said she would talk to the office and see how you would handle our situation. We would like to hear back from the company

David NYou need running boards on your truck so people can get in I notice only some of the truck had them. Happy with the truck had to get a step stool to get in it.
