While the owner of this location was wonderful, the fact that the day before pick up they could not confirm my truck size or even if one would be available was frustrating. Also, the app does not work when you are on location. When I opened it, it recognized my location but would not allow me to log in. When I was finally able to get into the app, it stated that the reservation was not set up for 24/7 pick up, when it in fact was (as confirmed by both the location owner and the online support representative).

Phillip bMy reservation was altered without my knowledge, then when I had to get that fixed, I was given a 10 foot truck and charged for a 15. The truck was extremely dirty inside and all my stuff got dirty. Staff would do nothing to help. I was supposed to be comped 30 miles. And that didnt happen. This is the 2nd time major issues have occurred during my rentals.
