Booked Uhual a month in advance for the biggest truck. Day before move they called and said they don’t have truck available. Had to drive an hour to go get one. Had to drop it off an hour away as well. Terrible experience

Amanda PThe expectation is that the truck be clean when picked up and it should be clean at return. When we opened the back of the truck to load our items in, it was full of cockroaches an food. I had to clean the truck and spray with raid and cover the floor in plastic before I could move my stuff. I provided a receipt for the supplies that I had to purchase to clean the truck before I could use it. Never got any type of refund. I probably won't recommend this location and will go elsewhere from now on.
