When I arrived to pick up the truck I stated I had a reservation and was told the system is down and they don’t have a record of my reservation. Then they some how found my reservation and their system was up. They made me fill out their forms on their computer which I feel was their job. Didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Also I had the truck for an extra hour and 20 minutes and was charged for a whole extra day and I called to tell them I would be late ahead of time.

When I returned the U-Haul, I was instructed by the staff to use the QR code on their screen to answer questions. They seemed like questions that should’ve been answered by the staff instead of myself. I don’t think that it should be the customers responsibility to make decisions about the condition of the truck when returning it.
