When I picked up the truck, the employee was rude to me. When I returned it, he told me I had to reserve a parking spot, but I could not park in my assigned spot because another truck was blocking it. He was not helpful and refused to take the key back even though there were still 10 minutes before closing, so I had to leave it in the drop box. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
