I was over charged for mileage when in fact I only used the car for an average of 12 miles. I traveled from the shop to Kratt Elementary that is only 5 miles and back to my house to unload. That is another 5 miles then to the shop. I live only 3 blocks away from the shop. How is this 40 miles total? The shop over charged me and I am owed the $21.00.
Graciela RNothing. The manager/owner of the smog place was awesome. Great communication he was the system. Our reservation was there. We had no questions. It was a very smooth process. The Uhaul representative, Christian, was totally amazing. We had a small issue with a secondary driver who had a past due amount on a previous rental. We were able to contact Uhaul quickly and resolve the situation with a quick payment over the phone. We were concerned about booking a truck that might have been too small (15 feet) but Christian opened the back and we looked inside and talked about how things would fit. He was absolutely right we fit all of our stuff in the trailer and we’re able to load up and drive off to our new location, all in one day ,
