The person I spoke to when trying to figure out how to pick up the truck early from the location was so rude. And the process of getting the truck was an issue and they didn't offer no discounts for the inconvenience. It wasn't a good experience all around.

The truck was left with no gas in it. The drivers seat belt was broken. The drivers door would not close tightly. I was charged an extra $11.39 for gas when I left more gas in it then when I got the truck. Worst u haul truck I ever rented.
