Person working was unprepared and unclear. Rang us up for the wrong trailer at first and was rude when I corrected her. Did not have someone to help attach trailer to our truck (said "not at this location") but came out to take photos of it attached and attempted to put it on without us asking and told us it would not fit (we have used a uhaul with this truck many times). Entire process took way longer than expected. Was not told we would need a physical contract for self drop off so we didn't get one.

After making my reservation, I was contacted by U-Haul and was asked if they could change my reservation to a different location which was farther from me, but they said it was a new location with newer equipment so I said yes. The truck was definitely not newer. While the truck was mostly clean and worked, I agreed to be inconvenienced for a lie. This also means I had to pay for more miles driven and more gas. It's probably wrong for me to place the blame on the location for the lie, but the location is all you're asking about.

ROSELINE RIf switching someone to this location, make sure they have an adequate supply of tented materials. I’m not sure why I was switched to this location as my original choice was more convenient and had plant of 15 ft trailers on the lot
