There were a bunch of semi trucks coming in and out. It was difficult to find, and I wasn’t quite sure where to leave the truck. I did come back after hours, so understandably there was no personnel there.
Brooke FNot only was an employer not available when I arrived, but it took ten minutes for her to arrive because she was in the restaurant where this same business runs. Next, one of the employees opened my truck door and attempted to get inside my vehicle while I was in the office to return the trailer! When I exited the office and confronted him, he stated he was looking for the hazard lights to check the trailer. I asked him why he didn't just wait for me to inspect the lights and trailer, but he had no answer. Hands down, one of the worst U-Haul experiences ever.

DAMIAN WRude, said I was late before ever asking my name or anything about my rental. Younger kid and also wanted me to do extra things after being completely unprofessional and not taking any action for doing my rental drop off (that was a couple days early for a cross country move), instead was on his phone. Would never rent or return here, they are the worst I've ever dealt with. Terrible!
TRENTON MBy far my worst U-Haul experience to date. The location was convenient to me, but that was the only positive. The franchisee is definitely more concerned about the other businesses he runs, and seems to find the U-Haul as a minor money opportunity. Had to walk around to find someone to come to the office, and then still had to wait awhile before they arrived. A bit on the rude side, and can use some customer service skills. He sent me across the lot to hook up the trailer myself. Their 6' x 12' trailers re not easy to get on your hitch by yourself. He told me to make sure I stop back at the office for inspection. After waiting 10 minutes for him to come check my hook-up, he took aa photo from 30' away and said that is all he needed. He had no idea if I did the hook-up properly.
JeffREY SThe location is clean and easily accessible but not at all helpful. No one answers despite numerous calls. No one was there during business hours despite multiple attempts in person to ensure the equipment was properly returned. There are neighboring businesses (not very friendly) but they seemed accustomed to no one be available at the return/pickup office. I had to contact U-Haul at the 800 number to make sure that the equipment was properly returned and that I was not incorrectly charged late fees. The lady at the 800 number that helped was great.
TRAVIS HEverything was grate, windows and mirrors were dirty . Could not see in the rain after dark and had to buy glass cleaner and took 3 times to get the inside of the windshield clean. Everything else was good.

Herbert YNot a great place to return a trailer as the lot is all heavy gravel. It was an average experience. I got the return made, so that's all that mattered.
