Person told me he booked it thru Sunday the 14th. Now, yet again we are getting hit with a $100 plus bill after drop off. The drop off location told us we were good and no additional charges are being made to the account. Fuck you and your rip off company!

Joseph EThe back of the truck was not totally clean ... it had mud and footprints from previous users.
Steven ADrop off area was not safe and muddy. Staff did not speak English well. U-Haul staff not easily available. No turn in documents offered. Dropped off on Saturday (during business hours) and was not documented as turned in until Monday. Got an email confirmation on Thursday. Would not do business with this location again.
CECEILA KWe dropped off on a Sunday morning. No one there but process went smoothly. Convenient location to return the truck.
