Moving vehicle had transmission issues and wouldn’t shift or go above 40 mph. I returned it after driving 10 miles down the road. They charged me for 18 gallons of gas and the full rental. This was after they apologized for renting me faulty equipment. I missed my appointment and a day of work.

Person told me he booked it thru Sunday the 14th. Now, yet again we are getting hit with a $100 plus bill after drop off. The drop off location told us we were good and no additional charges are being made to the account. Fuck you and your rip off company!

Steven ADrop off area was not safe and muddy. Staff did not speak English well. U-Haul staff not easily available. No turn in documents offered. Dropped off on Saturday (during business hours) and was not documented as turned in until Monday. Got an email confirmation on Thursday. Would not do business with this location again.
