Adam B.With there being no one on site the checkin process took longer than I would have expected. The instructions to locate the key were very unclear, just stated bottom. Which meant that the key was in a lock box on a convenience store wall adjacent to the property. We would have been searching the bottom of the truck had someone not driven by. The self checkin process was the biggest issue, from marking the gas to having to take additional pics of unmarked damage. And the radio on the truck didn't work, making for a long boring drive
