I paid with my debit card and he said it would hold up to 100 dollars until he verfy it..He told me my total will be like 60 but i never received my remaining…Looks like he kept the entire 100 ..I need answers as to why!

At my drop off location (the one I had to find on my own) they didn’t check my trailer in till it was overdue. I dropped a day early and you are trying to charge me an extra day.

The location & truck was fine. The mobile check-in process is very tedious, not reliable, and took 30 minutes to complete when I got to the location. I had to call the UHaul # because the technology locked up. Very frustrating.

More available units. We didn’t really need that big of a truck but it was closest to us and came out same $$ if we would have gotten the smaller truck from soperton with mileage and gas.

The employees at this side is very unprofessional and very rude, the district field manager Mr Alvin Haynes is very rude cause people a liar and very unprofessional. I will use U-Haul in the future but absolutely not at that site in Twin City Georgia

My equipment I paid for and needed was not in the uhaul. I also ended up paying for 18 miles that I was not planning on paying for because the location had to be changed to a place 9 miles out of my way.

Took the truck back after filling it back up with gas and I was still charged $6 and some change for 2 gallons of gas… I just spent nearly $600 to rent the truck and moved over 7 hours away only to be charged extra for 2 gallons of gas. Petty U-haul, very petty!!!

With there being no one on site the checkin process took longer than I would have expected. The instructions to locate the key were very unclear, just stated bottom. Which meant that the key was in a lock box on a convenience store wall adjacent to the property. We would have been searching the bottom of the truck had someone not driven by. The self checkin process was the biggest issue, from marking the gas to having to take additional pics of unmarked damage. And the radio on the truck didn’t work, making for a long boring drive

1.) Customer service 2.) Get new locked on equipment (lock was stuck on the back door to the truck) 3.) Have truck checked out and serviced routinely for cleanliness as well as maintenance.
