The vehicle had a check engine light on when we received it, and the passenger-side door handle was broken. The location was listed as open starting at 8 a.m., but we were not able to enter the premises and speak with an employee until almost 10 a.m., after which they told us they did not have any furniture dollies. It was not a good experience.

The previous person did not bring in the truck on time so he called to get them to bring it in. That was very helpful.

The truck was fine. I’d paid extra for a dolly and blankets but did not get them. I requested mobile pick up but instead had to go inside and wait for gas station clerk to give me keys which took over an hour because he had to check out every customer that came in.

The didn’t have the truck I wanted or a dolly, I had to rent a dolly from Lowe’s. It also took 30 min for them to figure out my reservation. Very bad U-Haul experience. Would not recommend.

When renting this truck I brought it to the attendants attention that this truck was on E. He apologized, however, when I returned the truck to the rental place I put the gas exactly where it was when I rented it. I just received the receipt and I was charged nearly $60 for gas. I called in and the customer service representative filed a dispute on my behalf. I want my money back! This is fraudulent on every level. This should have been resolved yesterday when I called.

The owner of this location was late, so instead of receiving my U-haul at 8 am, as scheduled, I was not able to get it until 8:30. It was not organized and there was a lack of communication.
