Van had a flat tire on pickup i had to pay to inflate, no moving equipment I paid for
Bradley SThe exterior of the truck showed damage, the low tire pressure warning light was shown and the gas mileage wasn't visible. On the app it showed 7/8 gas amount, on the receipt the gas tank showed full and I was charged $21 extra for gas. The customer service was very poor, a serious language barrier and she was very rude. I used this location once before and the guy was rude. I would not EVER rent a truck from UHaul again. Very dissatisfied customer who will share my experience to potential customers.
