Fix right side mirror which was totally unusable while driving Cab interior was dirty
JOSEPH WMy original reservation, was messed up. My pickup was changed to a site 20 miles away for my truck and another 30 miles away for my dolly, one way, then I was charged 43$ because I went over my miles by 41 miles, which I tried to tell the customer service agent to begin with, but even though uHaul messed up and changed my original reservation I had to pay and drive all over to get my truck and dolly, which delayed my load time by one day then that delayed me a day from leaving for my destination. I ended up having to pay an additional $43 because my mileage went over 41 miles. I also called an asked for an additional day, because of the delay and was denied. Won't use them again
Donna WI had about a day left on my rental and returned it early. I wanted to take a photo of the mileage upon return, but the nickel-display of the GMC truck is on a frequency that the telephone camera only picks up one digit at random when taking a photo! I resorted to a slow-shutter setting of 1.3 seconds, which allowed me to take a photo! I asked for a receipt and for someone to check out the returned truck, but none of the above happened. I was told that I'd get an email receipt in due time. I had to call U-Haul and get a person (not easy or speedy) to confirm that I had returned the truck in good order. The telephone person was surprised that I had been able to take a photo of the mileage...hmm...was it designed that way? The app did not allow me to complete the return of the truck - what a useless piece of technological junk! Apart from the lousy app on which everything depends and which stated the wrong fuel level (to U-Haul's advantage by 3 gallons), the truck did its thing without complaints.
