While the location itself lent itself well for entry and exit of the 10ft. truck I rented, the gas station closed 2 and a half hour early and I had to knock on the door to get an employee to take my keys for return as there is no drop box! Please add a drop box for later returns!

The side door was totally broken and unusable
FRANCIS RCharged for furniture pads that were not included. Right rear view mirror broken. Did not do a walk around inspection, just handed me the key. Seemed uninterested. Not friendly
David RI booked this uhaul two weeks in advance. I showed up on time, but the uhaul wasn’t there. I didn’t end up getting it until an hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled time. When I finally got it, the passenger side mirror was broken. This experience was incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Brianna RI am a 70 year old woman and asked the attendant to help unhook the trailer and he refused. He said it wasn’t his job.
