The didn’t have the truck I wanted or a dolly, I had to rent a dolly from Lowe’s. It also took 30 min for them to figure out my reservation. Very bad U-Haul experience. Would not recommend.

JEREMY FWhen renting this truck I brought it to the attendants attention that this truck was on E. He apologized, however, when I returned the truck to the rental place I put the gas exactly where it was when I rented it. I just received the receipt and I was charged nearly $60 for gas. I called in and the customer service representative filed a dispute on my behalf. I want my money back! This is fraudulent on every level. This should have been resolved yesterday when I called.
