JAMES RThe guy at the counter had no idea what to do with the rental. I was hesitant to leave the keys with the guy. Then I get a bill minutes later for "extra miles" which was infuriating!!
THOMAS EThe location for pick up was great. The Uhaul was ok, just no ramp which was really hard to get stuff on the truck. I am a senior citizen so it was quite challenging getting the truck loaded. Thank you for your time, Bridget 🐾
