RYAN NI personally will never go to this location again, and I will never recommend it to anyone waiting for one hour to get the key. The person didn’t know how to show or how the side mirror works. AC was not working. They didn’t know how call customer service they transferred me to the side road assistant they didn’t know how and it was so hot. When I went to return the car I was trying to explain the issue to the lady at the front desk she was just looking at me and smiling that’s it.
Helay SI made the mistake and forgot to put gas back in it but it angers me that this location charged me $72 in gas charge when I went 65 miles. I will not be using uhaul especially this location again.
RODNEY WWe were told there was 1/4 tank of gas. There was actually 1/8. My son in law went back and reported that. It was at 1/8 when we returned it. I was charged 19.50 for 3 gallons of gas. Other than that service was great and prices reasonable.
Linda VWhen I picked up the truck on Sat. A.M., Lindsey was fabulous. She opened the door before 9A - it was raining and my ride dropped me off. That part was great. When I returned the truck, Monday, 0930, I made 2 phone calls to ask how to leave the keys, the dox. etc. Sheesh. Good thing I downloaded the app before I rented the truck. Anyway, NO ONE was in the front office at Stax Up to confer with. I called, A Uhaul rep called the office, to no avail. I figured it out, after a collective 45 minutes of trial and error. Hated that part of it. PLUS I wanted kudos for washing and detailing the inside of the truck, ex post rainy weekend. Thus, I'll pat myself on the back. I love Uhaul, but for the communication aspect. It's pretty obvious that phone reps aren't in an office, they know little about Uhaul, they're at home or somewhere on phone rotation, doing the best they can should they decide to answer the phone.

DEMETRICK MI feel you’ve taken more than enough steps to make the process streamline. I didn’t mind the older process of providing my drivers license and payment in person and even though I’m only 39 I have become less fond of computers but I do appreciate you trying to keep up with the times And try to streamline the experience. I think you guys have always been an awesome place to grab the trucks and vans from. We have used you for many years and we will definitely continue to use you for many more.

Daniel WI drove vehicle a total of 14 miles. I didn’t replace the amount of gas that was used, so I expected some sort of fee. I believe they charged me $30 which is ok. What shocked me was they charged me an additional $45 for fuel. I know there is no way I used that much fuel is not that expensive, at least not yet. This the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I am 55 yrs old and have rented quite a few trucks over the decades.
Ricahrd SThe store was closed from 1-3 for a “lunch break”. I needed the rental at 2:30 as the job was time sensitive. I talked to a dozen people and everyone was amazed that they needed 2 hours for lunch and were closed one hour later at 4. Due to this, we had to manually get the 15 foot truck from the store with no workers available. I rented a furniture dolly but was given a utility dolly instead. I was moving a piano. I had to get 6 men to help me lift the 500 pound piano into the u-haul truck without using the ramp. I could have swapped for the correct dolly but the store was closed during the lunch break. My neighbor had a furniture dolly so unloading the piano was much easier and it only took the two of us to get the piano out of the truck with the correct equipment. A simple mistake made an average job much more difficult.
Jenna EI was charged a clean up fee and I left the uhaul clean. Seems like I got ripped off. Won’t be going back to this location.
Christopher W1. I was forced to do the self check in, which would have been fine, except the the app instructions were wrong forcing me to go into the office. The office person was very nice and got me going. 2. The truck was filthy on the outside, acceptable on the inside. 3. There was no gas registering in the tank, and I was told, since I had to immediately fill it up, that I would be reimbursed $52 if brought with 1/4 tank. 4. The Drop Off app didn’t work either. It wouldn't accept the milage number. 5. Happily the same office person was there and checked me in and took the keys. She said the receipt would be emailed automatically, but I still haven't received it, nor notification of the reimbursement because of the gas situation. 6. I had second thoughts about walking out without the receipt and took appropriate pictures to date and time stamp a picture of the truck back at the drop off location. I also sent messages to the contact for Uhaul before 4pm stating the situation. I am not happy with the Uhaul experience at this location.
Pamela RI rented a truck to move and during i needed to extend the rental a total of 3 days and called in to U-Haul extended the reservation returned the truck clean and they overcharged me and sent me to collections then a 325 dollar charge turned into collections and then they charged me with a felony and I am today in court for this all around bad experience and be warned do not rent a truck here and be late your freedom will be at jeopardy and your career and or family even.
Broc LBe open when a customer has an appointment to pick up equipment. Have someone with a good attitude helping customers.

TURNER SI arrived 25 minutes before 10am. They refused to help me. Only storage customers!! The u haul was there and ready as I watched the worker check it out and get it ready. Then I bring Uhaul back at 1.07pm they are closed for lunch till 130 pm!!! Really??!!!! I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Construction going on with dirt road trucks coming at you. Very small area to get in!! TOTAL DISASTER!!!

YARA UGreat location close to our home. Rented a storage room also. There is construction going on for a freeway overpass going on, but it was still easy to use the business. Rented here before and would rent here again if needed.
Patrick KPut a more accurate price on the side of your vehicles and stop lying about the cost. I love how it said 19 dollars then I drove 30 miles and it magically turned into 113 dollars.
Kennedy SWent 11 total miles and got charged $25 for gas. I barely drove no way gets 2 miles to the gallon.
RODNEY WI struggled through the mobile return app feature at the point when you take and upload pictures...lots of error messages during process that won't let you continue...had to exit 4 times before it finally returned the vehicle....This was my.only.option out of office sign and their return time was going to be past..my rental return time.....5 hours have past no email receipt yet...
Linda GWell maintained, yes…. but the local rental van was very dirty so I took date/time stamp pics before leaving on pick up date…. as well a little crease in the rear bumper that had not been noted. It was a local rental, that had out of state plates. Suspect it was a late delivery and I needed it that next AM. The engine oil level was good and the van was mechanically sound. Everything worked fine. Plenty of 12 volt charging ports for my electronics. Had a 120 volt outlet on the dash (inverter watts). The sales lady on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The local people were as well great, friendly and professional. The rates were very competitive. The return was nice as after the vehicle inspection, mileage and fuel level was documented…the computer program calculates the total of any overages like miles driven, making the return very quick. Will definitely recommend and will use again. PS. I washed the van inside and out prior to returning.
daniel rHave a customer rep that wants to actually interact and help customers. Sell locks that actually fit the trucks so you don’t have to go somewhere else to buy another. And please have at least enough gas in truck to get you to the gas station!

LUCY DHad a reservation for a pickup. They changed it to a box truck and then charged me double what I expected and I had to call the main number and get it corrected.
Mark KClean the vehicles before customer rents them. The truck had 10,000 miles and was never cleaned.....the cab was very dirty.
bud gRedd and Chantea are very personable. I don't mind going out of my way to patronize this location. Not a giant facility but they do well with the personnel they have. Especially with the development of that Holland Overpass!

Thelma DThe truck was extremely dirty and stinky inside when I rented it. I only drove 4 Miles and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. I added a half gallon to the tank. It was 3/4 tank when I rented it and three quarter tank when I returned it. I called the agent to explain that it's impossible to use 2 gallons going for miles. That's only 2 miles per gallon. She hung up on me and told me to call customer service.
