Customer Service was very good. The AC intermittently shut off and then after a while it came back on. With 104 plus temperatures, it was a little disappointing. Other than that, the experience was good.
Sandra Vthe young man that runs this location (gabriel?) is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. he always greets me like a friend. it's the only location i think about when i need u-haul.
lloyd cAfter reserving rental online, an email was sent indicating a list of ID and other contacts would be required (at least two off the list) and verified at the time of pickup. I came prepared with three of the forms of ID and/or contacts only to be told my current driver's license was sufficient. I think better clarity should be offered for that requirement.
