The girl was great behind the counter but hadn't been trained on renting trailers. It took a little longer than it should have but they did do a good job.KITTREDGE SARGEN H.
We actually reserved a 26' truck which was not available when we arrived, nor was there any truck available in Redmond where we made our reservations since it was the closest rental place to Sisters. We were sent to Madras instead, which was a huge, huge inconvenience and the smaller truck was not sufficient. This is not good customer service! However, Dwayne at the Madras U-haul was very customer friendly and did all that he could to assist us. This was not his fault.Michael H.
I've booked two uhauls in the last couple weeks with this store. Both times they did not have the size available that I booked so I had to make extra trips and caused me to use more gas. My appointment to pick up the uhaul when the store opened at 9:30. The worker didn't even show up to open the store until 9:31 because he was "at breakfast" and it was another 10 minutes until he had the store open and ready for me. Both times the worker had to call someone else at uhaul to get help on the computer before he was able to give me the uhaul. I will not be coming back to this location. The owner was not there during open hours. I had to drop it off not knowing if it would be stolen. The owner never got back to me to check in the equipment. It took emails from U-Haul service center telling me I was late and then a phone call from them where I told them the dilemma. They then corrected the situation.Jack S.

I was quoted on line & over telephone $191but once I went to pick up U-Haul addt'l charges was added & I paid $233. Madras Employee said it was out of his control ok, but he would let his manager know. Today my card was charged $233. I would like this cbanged to what I I was quoted.Sarah F.
When you reserve a 26 foot truck and are told ok, then not ok, then ok, then not ok, then go the opposite direction to get a truck and be charged extra miles!Chad R.

I live in Redmond with 3 Uhaul locations but was told to pick up the truck in Bend and then was told I had to pick it up in Madras. 30 minute drive. Arrived at 12:09 and was told my reservation was about to be cancelled for being 9 minutes late. Took an hour for them to input info and get the truck ready.Troy G.
