The owner of the U-Haul agency was pleasant and responsive. I was running behind on my time allotted and I was able to call and he adjusted my time to accommodate my need for additional hours with no problems. He was available by phone and ensure that we did not need anything while we had the vehicle.

The service was exccellent. We were at Uhauls mercy and Peace was a blessing as well as a professional. His patience and concern for us was overwhelming. linda bThe van I rented was on 1/4 tank of gas but when I returned it they charged me a $50 gas fee stating the gas tank was on 1/2 tank. Now I have to go through a claims to get my $50 back.
